Two layers of crispy meringue prepared in our own confectionery workshop, layered with artisan ice cream – Grycan – Ice Cream for Generations brand. The whole is decorated with fluffy whipped cream, a sprinkle of white chocolate curls and hand-arranged nuts and dried fruit. Possibility of personalized cake finishing due to the customer’s wishes.
