Pistachio composition

Pistachio ice cream with cherry sorbet.

Ingredients:

• Grycan Pistachio ice cream
• Grycan Cherry Sorbet
• 2 tsp pistachios
• mint leaf for garnish

Preparation method:

1. Place two scoops of pistachio ice cream and one scoop cherry sorbet on each plate.
2. Garnish with chopped pistachios and mint leaves.
