Frozen apples with crumb topping
Malaga ice cream with apples, raisins and crumb topping, served hot.Ingredients:
- Grycan Malaga ice cream
- 2 apples
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 25g sugar
- 50g unsalted butter
- 75g flour
- Prepare the crumb topping by combining sugar, butter and flour until small lumps form.
- Finely dice the apples, mix with raisins and put into two heat-resistant ramekins. Sprinkle with crumb topping
- Bake for about 15 minutes at 160°C.
- Add a scoop of Malaga ice cream on top of each serving.
The name of this flavour derives from the Spanish city of Malaga and a very sweet dessert wine. We deliver the southern atmosphere through this ice cream with added raisins.
