Frozen apples with crumb topping

Malaga ice cream with apples, raisins and crumb topping, served hot.

  • Grycan Malaga ice cream
  • 2 apples
  • 4 tbsp raisins
  • 25g sugar
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 75g flour
Preparation method:
  1. Prepare the crumb topping by combining sugar, butter and flour until small lumps form.
  2. Finely dice the apples, mix with raisins and put into two heat-resistant ramekins. Sprinkle with crumb topping
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes at 160°C.
  4. Add a scoop of Malaga ice cream on top of each serving.

The name of this flavour derives from the Spanish city of Malaga and a very sweet dessert wine. We deliver the southern atmosphere through this ice cream with added raisins.
